Day 11: A Title Emerges

It’s 42 celsius and the Greek sun is blazing, but I still remain a half-full cup of tap water. I realize being here that life manages to teach you in the most interesting ways. How is it possible for my eyes to be full of light, but I cannot see like I once could? Everyone wants to move into the shade and all I want is to be back in the sun. This is my “77 days without sunshine”.
Once you have a single day in the sun, it’s hard to live any other way – I was fortunate enough to have most of the last year of my life under the blazing sun. During this, I grew more than ever and used the energy to accelerate my life, a life in the fast lane. Now as I coast along the coast I can relax and lay back, but may never know how long it will be until I can live in the sunshine again.
Remember the good times,
Julian
