Day 17: Identity

PreviousNext

Standing solidly two soul-mates walking the plank. Completed souls stepping into the end – or is it the beginning? A start into the stark night where there are only strangers and but one light. A glowing star which can fly past the wind and above the sky.

Stars are here and half of me is anywhere but here, yet we are together. Your eyes closed to see me as we let the morning bring us rest. To rescue a single moment only through a heart so sore. Sorting to seek the fleeting heat of our hands as one, one more time -“I must”

Take my hand and give me your word, it’s the only way. Life can’t always be a question. Just an afterthought with each breath as you step backwards, reminiscing of smiles past. Packing up as I am walking to a new harmony with the best melody you gave me. Singing with open arms as we’re falling further everyday.

Remember the good times,
Julian
